There's always a bottleneck; when technology moves it, build where it's about to land.
Every system has a binding constraint. New technology doesn’t remove the bottleneck so much as relocate it. The advantaged founder anticipates where the constraint is moving next and is already building there when it arrives.
Why it matters: being right about the destination isn’t enough — timing is the edge. Position ahead of the bottleneck’s next location rather than optimizing the one everyone can already see.
